Our primary business is developing affordable housing that is consistent with our mission and strategy. Our primary insight is that by keeping our apartments and houses small, we can better serve the needs of our residents.
Our current portfolio is distributed from Seattle to Tacoma to Portland, and some points in between.

Acer House
Acer House is an Equitable Development at the corner of 23rd and Cherry, in Seattle’s Central Area. We have partnered with Urban Black LLC to build we believe is Seattle’s first truly anti-racist privately funded development. Built on the site of a former Black church, Acer House is using Afro-futurist, community-oriented design principles to make a meaningful and positive impact on the community.
