Cornus House

Cornus House is a 199-unit Transit Oriented development in the heart of Tacoma’s fastest growing district. Cornus House is in the best connected location in the state, steps away from commuter rail (Sounder), light rail, and bus rapid transit.

Cornus will have well appointed small apartments, with generous amenities including a gym, flex working space and rooftop community room. The design is includes high quality brick, concrete and metal siding which will fit into the fast changing neighborhood. Cornus will contribute 3 retail spaces to the neighborhood.

The project is being built on a challenging site, with a history of industrial activity. We are actively working with the State Department of Ecology and have an approved clean up plan that is a model for other developers in the area. We are pleased to offer affordable housing in what will be a thriving residential district in the City of Destiny.
