Araucaria Garden is a proposed development in Tukwila, WA for ~25 family homes on a unit-lot subdivision in the Ryan Hill neighborhood.

Each home will be ~3BR / 2BA, about 1500sf, and will be designed to be affordable to a family earning between 80-90% of the Area Median Income.

Araucaria is designed to be a community of families, with family oriented amenities such as a playground, rec area, pea patch, and an optimal mix of vehicular and pedestrian circulation. It will further local goals of increasing permanent, quality affordable family housing.
