Arbutus House
Arbutus House is an early stage development site in Tacoma’s dome district. It is across the street from our Cornus House project. We are planning to build 200 units, with approximately 100 structured parking spaces in the alley-facing portions of the building that cannot be used for housing.
Similar to Cornus House, Arbutus is in the best connected location in the state, steps away from commuter rail (Sounder), light rail, and bus rapid transit. The commuter buses for Seattle stop directly in front of our residential entrance.
