Ceiba Redevelopment
Ceiba Redevelopment is a major redevelopment in the heart of downtown Tacoma completed by Great Expectations in 2024.
It was awarded the largest Project Based Voucher contract in the history of the Tacoma Housing Authority, making it entirely affordable to households earning below 50% AMI. There are also 8 commercial units which are being redeveloped with funding from the City of Tacoma. All homes are being extensively renovated.
The project is a partnership with Urban Black Community Development, a Black-Female owned firm.
