Our developments are financed through a combination of private capital and targeted tools for affordable housing and sustainability. We were the first developer in Washington State to use C-PACE financing for a residential project and have made extensive use of the Qualified Opportunity Zone program — reducing our cost of capital, improving project viability, and delivering strong after-tax returns for investors.
